The 28th Annual Balboa Island Holiday Home Walking Tour will be held on Sunday, December 13th from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Guests may begin their tour at any participating home. Please keep in mind that this is a walking tour, rain or shine, so dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. Street parking is limited, so we recommend carpooling, using rideshare, or parking near the ferry.
