Our annual event presented by the Balboa Island Improvement Association, returns on Sunday, December 8h from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. This year we are celebrating 26 years, and this marks the perfect start to your holiday season on our picturesque island. We have eight delightfully decorated bayfront, island homes and cottages lined up that will surely spark holiday cheer!

Tickets are no longer available for purchase on this website. Tickets can be purchased Dec. 8th, at the Fire Station at 124 Marine Ave. on Balboa Island, between 10:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m.
Tickets will NOT be mailed.
IF TICKETS ARE PURCHASED ON THIS SITE, THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT WILL CALL at the Balboa Island Fire Station located at 124 Marine Avenue, Balboa Island from 9:30am until 1:00pm on the day of the home tour. Tickets can also be purchased at the Fire Station the day of the home tour from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Be sure to visit all our shops on Marine and Agate Avenue for your holiday shopping and refreshments! Plus, this year the Holiday Market will return to the Royal Hen on Marine Ave. from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
